New color scheme question

Ahead of his time? Anyone else remember s UNO student (math major) who was superfan at men's basketball games? Always wore purple and gold. He was even given blue and white gear, but continued his antics around the arena in the purple and gold.

Again, the Privateers have played a healthy majority of their home conference games in purple and gold over the past several years (just with green numbers). Even played on a purple, green, and gold temporary court for two recent seasons. This may be less of an adjustment than you think.

I definitely did not know what neurodivergence was back then and very much do now. I'm not a doctor but I'm gonna go ahead and retro-diagnose superfan anyway, I don't think you have to be a rocket scientist for this one.

I definitely remember superfan, who seemed to have disappeared after Katrina; also, Holly, the Crane, the band (who I loved). Lots of great memories!

Holly, now there's a name and a blast from the past.

She was nuts but her whole group definitely gave UNO home baseball games a very unique feel.  I remember when we played on ESPN (that's right, UNO baseball on the flagship, it happened) at Miami, she was in the opening montage.  Privateers won that game, too, right before hosting a regional.  It was a different time.

My favorite memory of Holly is that she always brought a broom to the games where we had a chance to sweep. When we did, she went to work.

Getting back to the flag - if we are going to promote our new vision and direction we NEED exposure.  No better way than a nice flag LSU New Orleans!!  I would expect the LSU New Orleans bookstore to already have these in stock, but I don't see anything.
Something like the 4th one down would sell like hotcakes.  Simple and to the point.  I know I need to buy a couple, all of the Engineers where I work display their flags from their Alma Mater, I need to update mine, but I will still have "Old Blue" next to the new one.
Garden Flags would also be popular!!
