Solid hire! I understand the next hire announced will be a really big name but one with zero experience. Don’t understand why we keep going down that particular path. It didn’t work in the past why keep repeating mistakes???

I agree with your sentiment a bit....but everyone has to start somewhere new......no one is born into their jobs so hopefully something about him made coach feel he's good for the job. Time will tell.
