Maybe if they didn't have the massive buyouts it would help their bottom line.     I would also believe the "NIL Funds" being secured are not going to the TAF and Department like in the past.   

I hope they figure it out up river.     Don't want the "shock absorber" budget deal like we had 20 - 30 years ago.

LSU is in an arms race with the rest of big time college athletics.

What I like though is that their approach to a solution is to find new funding sources and revenue sources rather than budget cuts, thinking outside the box on maybe letting private equity have a piece in exchange for funding.

It seems the only solutions presented to us in the past were budget cuts.

Hopefully we can be as creative in funding our athletics program.
